Mala : Importanance of excretory elements

                                                                              Mala Introduction :  They are the un wanted products created during the digestion of ingested food. They are also called dhatu, as they keep a balance in body component for certain period of time and then expelled out. Mala are three in number naming, purisha, mutra and sweda. Purisha :  It is a solid waste material i.e. feces. It excretes out unwanted part of food, thereby reducing toxins ingested or created during digestion. Mutra It is liquid waste.
